There are routines in the agendas of our doctors that have now recaptured the rhythm that we all, so much, wanted to get back to. One of these is their appointment with the sessions of the International Damon Master course.

The advantages of the Damon System, torque settings, crowding, extractions, transversal problems, etc. All of these topics, and many more, were discussed at the Damon System update session that Dr Perera gave last weekend in San Sebastián.

Last weekend, Dr García Espejo gave a Damon System course in Tenerife. As you can see, our teaching agenda has now been reactivated; and we hope that nothing will interrupt it again!

This course helped those attending to update their knowledge of the technique and, of course, they were also able to take advantage of their visit to enjoy this island’s surprising landscapes.

The return to the new “normality” has implied recovering one of the favourite activities of our Dr Perera: lecturing!

This weekend has seen the fourth module of the international group take place with simultaneous translation into English and French.

The month of September has burst onto the calendar with many new developments: new teaching dates, refresher courses, professional meetings ...

Dr García Espejo finishes the month of July in the same way that he started it: with intense teaching activity! On the first weekend, he travelled to Valencia to give a course to students doing the Masters’ Degree in Orthodontics at the UV. The next day, those lucky enough to receive his teaching were the students doing the CEPUME Masters’ Degree in Orthodontics at the University of Alcalá. And this pace, schedule and desire to learn... never take holidays!

As the saying goes: "if you want to arrive early, travel alone; if you want to go far, travel in company."

This weekend, doctors García Espejo and Perera have participated in the Ormco New Era congress, in Madrid.
